The forum on  "New Horizon of European Robotics and Cognitive Systems" organised by the European Commission in one of the most important robotics conferences of the year - IROS 2013 in Tokyo - attracted many participants. The interest in the new framework programme Horizon 2020 is intense as the launch of the first call is coming closer. The forum also featured some of our projects and presentations on the Public-Private Partnership in Robotics, which is part of the new Horizon 2020 framework.
