Venue:
European Robotics Forum in Rovereto, Italy
This session will be introduced by Khalil Rouhana, Director of "Components and Systems", European Commission.

We expect 3 important outcomes from this session, which are of interest for
the Robotics Community and for the EC:

1. Show examples of how the EU programme contributes to the field of Robotics
2. Optimise the exploitation and re-use of projects achievements
3. Contribute to the Strategic Research Agenda for Robotics in Europe
(http://www.eu-robotics.net/cms/upload/PDF/SRA2020_0v42b_Printable_.pdf)

A selection of 10 projects will demonstrate the step changes progress they achieved. The selected projects are different in nature, some are more foundational and other more applied, providing representative examples along the Research and Innovation value chain.

An interesting aspect: The projects have the opportunity to invite a user of their results to explain its perspective.

Looking forward to welcome you to this session
