Accelerate Cross-border Engagement (ACE) Project: one year after

The ACE programme is committed to deliver targeted cross-border services to highly innovative ICT entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs with the potential to rapidly grow their businesses in international markets. 75 companies were already selected but there is still room to apply.

The ACE Programme, a tailored-made acceleration programme, was launched in September 2013 with 12 incubators from 11 countries: UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic.

The 1st call for candidates, opened from December 2013 to end February 2014, attracted 275 applications.

ACE Summit held in Brussels on 29 April 2014 gathered over 400 participants. During the summit were organised pitching sessions and one to one meetings with mentors.

To date 75 companies (from 12 countries) are being supported in gaining access to new European markets by mentors from leading incubators across Europe. Read some of ACE success stories here

What's next?

Today the ACE programme is focused on delivering the targeted support to companies already selected. Some spaces remain so if your company is interested in participating you are invited to send an email to info@europeanace.eu or to contact your nearest ACE partner.
