The DECIPHER project, with partners in Finland, Italy, Spain and the UK, wants to find mobile solutions that will enable secure cross-border access to existing patient healthcare portals and make medical care more efficient and safe. This will especially be helpful for patients with chronic diseases or unplanned care episodes to manage their health.

Bidders are invited to tender under the pre-commercial procurement (PCP) procedure for the provision of research and development services.

DECIPHER ("Distributed European Community Individual Patient Healthcare Electronic Record") is funded under the European Commision 7th Framework Programme for research and technological development (FP7) and runs until 2016.
