Two 'really' Going Local events in Bologna and Palermo, complementing the event in Rome and addressing the local and regional dimension of the Digital Agenda.  A final event in Rome focused on the national priorities for the Digital Agenda.

Key themes: Research and Innovation; new funding scheme Horizon 2020; Broadband penetration: funding mechanisms; e-Government and innovation in the public administration (included open data infrastructure); Inclusion, digital divide, digital literacy; Key enablers: legislative framework for electronic identification, electronic signature, etc.
