Adobe Foundation is pledging to extend the Adobe Youth Voices (AYV) programme to at least 4 new countries in Europe in the next 2 years, with the aim of extending the programme coverage to at least 500 educators and 12,500 pupils annually, meaning that they will reach 500 educators in total and 22,500 additional students by the end of 2015. Adobe Youth Voices (AYV) programme currently reaches approximately 5,000 youths and 200 educators in Europe.
Adobe Foundation works with nonprofit education partners across the world to teach young students to develop original digital content and in the process to foster critical creative skills which increase employability and ignite their passion to make a difference.
Under the programme:
Adobe works with local education partners to deliver the programme in each country. These include Eastside Educational trust in the UK, and TechSpace in Ireland. Local partners coordinate the training of individual educators and provide support for their ongoing activities.
