Paul Andre Baran

Paul is the Director of Biblionet programme , which aims to put free public access computers and internet coupled with a trained librarian in 2,200 public libraries across Romania. "I will work in promoting digital inclusion in my country and will look in other areas I could work like eHeath or attracting other portions of the populations that have never been online." Paul-Andre Baran on his priorities Neelie Kroes spoke to Paul-Andre Baran when he was appointed in July 2012 about his experiences in getting every Romian digital and the huge economic and social advantages it has brought.
