Gergana Passy is the Digital Champion for Bulgaria. Her priorities are education in e-skills and free access to internet. Gregana thinks that access to the internet must be free for all Europeans.

Gergana Passy is the founder & President of PanEuropean Union Bulgaria, politician, former Minister for European Affairs and deputy Foreign Minister.

Gergana is also the founder of the Digital National Alliance (DNA) - the National Coalition for Digital Jobs in Bulgaria - which was launched in June 2014 – one of the one of its latest initiatives is the joint national campaign with the Ministry of education The Future is Code.

She says: "There is a desperate need in Bulgarian schools for e-skills and I will try to make that change a reality. My second goal is to get all public spaces to become free Wi-Fi zones, as Europeans need guaranteed access to internet."
