Digital Agenda for Europe
A Europe 2020 Initiative

The Commission has made it a priority to create the conditions for a Digital Single Market so that geo-blocking or cross-border delivery costs and inefficiencies, unconnected e-services and national borders for digital services are no longer blocks for European companies and citizens. A Digital Single Market means delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity also in rural areas; making it easy to set up a business virtually and offer services in any EU country; enjoying the same online content and services no matter where you are in the EU; simple, clear copyright rules and assurance that our personal data is safe.
