Everything is ready for the ICT Proposers' Day 2012, which will take place in Warsaw on the 26th and 27th September. Following the great success of the ICT Proposers’ Day 2011 in Budapest, the European Commission has organized a new free of charge networking event specifically dedicated to networking and promoting research and development in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. It is an exceptional occasion to build quality partnerships as it will connect academia, research institutes, industrial stakeholders, SMEs and government actors from all over Europe. More than 2,000 participants are expected to attend! In a time of great uncertainty the European Commission plays a key role in boosting Europe’s economy through its support to research and innovation that can fuel our future. Only in 2013...more than 1.5 billion € of European funding will be invested in Networks, Components & systems, Media & data, ICT for people, ICT for low carbon economy, as well as on Future and Emerging Technologies, International Cooperation and Special and Horizontal actions. It is the last round of funding in the 7th Framework Programme (FP7), so if you're interested in the upcoming calls for proposals and are you looking for the right partners to form project consortia, Warsaw is the place to be!
DON’T MISS THIS UNIQUE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY! Come to the event and you will receive first-hand information from European Commission officials experienced in each of the Challenges and Objectives of the new FP7 ICT Work Programme 2013. They will inform you on the content of the calls for proposals and advise you on how to submit a successful project proposal.
It is time for action now! Log in and take full advantage of all the on-line networking tools available on the ICT Proposers' Day 2012 website, before and after the event!
