Framework contract for the provision of evaluation and evaluation related services to the Commission (BUDG06/PO/01)
The Secretariat General is responsible for the general coordination of this framework contract which consists of 3 Lots with a total of 14 individual framework contracts. The framework contract is subject to decentralized procedures and responsibility whereby the user DG's have the sole responsibility for the budget and financial management of each assignment.
