Third Customer Satisfaction Survey
Overall satisfaction with interpretation: 89%! Satisfaction with terminology: 80%!
These are the highlights of the Third Customer Satisfaction Survey which was carried out in the Council, the Commission and the EESC last November.
Another striking result: the significant improvement in the satisfaction of participants dealing with economic and financial affairs. With all the events that occurred in this area since the previous survey (February 2010), meetings have become increasingly challenging.
