|
Objectives
The objectives of the workshop are to:
- Present, discuss, document and disseminate the scientific-technical advances from projects operating under the EURATOM disposal programme, and
- Discuss and make suggestions concerning this dissemination, also in view of forthcoming changes in the programme and its boundary conditions.
Background
The workshop is organized on behalf of the IGD-TP. It is the first of a series events with the aim of disseminating the outcome of the scientific-technical activities within the EURATOM disposal programme. It reflects and is intended to be one important element in response to requirements for systematic dissemination of results in recent call for proposals within the ongoing FP7 (Call FP7-Fission-2012). In the forthcoming framework programme and Horizon 2020, IGD-TP funded activities and projects will be included.
Outlook
In 2014 and in 2015 the IGD-TP will organize the follow-up dissemination events. In the next year, the entire EURATOM disposal programme is disseminated and communicated within the EURADWASTE 2013 conference.
