"Monitoring of the CIP-ICT performance: Impact observatory"
Objective
The objective of this assignment was to assess the impact of the CIP ICT-PSP actions over time, in terms of the structuring effect of the programme in bringing key stakeholders together and creating coherence within the EU and between Member States in the preparation and implementation of pilots and in thematic networks; the level of achievement of the objectives of the initiatives funded; the take up and wider deployment of systems and services from the pilots; and the benefits to stakeholders, notably SMEs from wider take up of systems and services.
The results feed into the CIP ICT-PSP Final (Second Interim) Evaluation, as well as ex-post evaluations of the i2010 and the CIP ICT-PSP. In addition, the study will be used as a reference when designing the further methodology for the impact observatory.
