Service "Ex-post Evaluation of the IST Thematic Priority in the 6th FP"
(through the Framework contract of EC-DG Budget for evaluation and evaluation-related services )
Objective
This work aims to provide specialist evaluation expertise in support of the external independent panel which will carry out the ex-post evaluation of the IST-RTD intervention, and build a wider and high quality evidence for supporting this evaluation exercise, and in particular the assessment of its systemic effects and the extent to which the EU funded IST research activities have contributed to the wider EU strategic objectives.
