Evaluation of publications of the Information Society and Media Directorate-General
Objective
The main objective of the evaluation was be to examine the coherence between the objectives of the DG INFSO communication and publication strategy and actual DG INFSO publication and dissemination activities; their utility, effectiveness, efficiency and impact on external constituencies.
The evaluation, which was carried out between August and November 2006, provided formative advice to DG INFSO on strategic priorities for communication and dissemination, and recommendations to the Information and Communication Unit of DG INFSO on how to manage the publications requested by units.
