OBJECTIVES
They are:
- to identify and categorize innovative SMEs and industries in the field of ICT,
- to explore how many of these are participating in the FP7,
- to analyse the reasons why certain of the most innovative companies in Europe are not participating in the programme, and
- to suggest ways to remedy the situation in time for the recommendations to be applicable to the preparatory work on FP8.
