Study "Using Network Analysis to Monitor and Track Effects Resulting from Changes in Policy Intervention and Instruments"
Objective
The study aims to develop a sound theoretical and conceptual framework and a methodology with a view of simulating (a-priori) impacts of future EU Level Information Society policy interventions. Furthermore, it should help to construct a solid evidence base for future impact assessment and evaluation of Information Society policy interventions under the upcoming Framework Programme 8.
