Objective
The objectives of this study are to provide the Commission and a panel of experts with evidence based information for final (second interim) evaluation of the CIP ICT-PSP programme over time (impact observatory).
The results will feed into the Final (Second Interim) Evaluation of the CIP ICT-PSP and later into the ex-post evaluations of the i2010 and the CIP ICT-PSP. In addition, the data collected can be used in the Impact Assessment for the possible follow up programme of the CIP ICT-PSP.
