PRIAMOS is the DG Home Affairs system for operationally managing direct grants. It includes a component that is open for applicants, where they can register, download application forms and submit an application for a grant.

All personal data (such as names, addresses, CVs, etc.) recorded via PRIAMOS will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.
The data collected is necessary in order to assess your grant application and will be processed solely for that purpose by the department responsible for the Union grant programme concerned. On request, you may be sent personal data to correct or to complete.
For any questions relating to your personal data, please contact the Commission department to which the form must be returned.
You may lodge a complaint against the processing of your personal data with the European Data Protection Supervisor at any time.
For help if you encounter technical difficulties, e.g. logging in to the system, uploading the application form, registering for your UserID, forgotten password, etc. However, we cannot give advice on the conditions, rules and regulations covering the process of application for grants or on specific calls or questions related to non-IT content of calls. On these matters you are advised to contact the relevant programme managers (cf. specific call for proposals).
