An organisation must first register in PRIAMOS to use the system. Once registered, an organisation can apply for different calls for proposals through PRIAMOS.
To register in PRIAMOS, the applicant submits a registration request:
The PRIAMOS Team will process the request and send to the applicant's contact person a login and an initial password via email.
Some changes to the applicant's data might be required, for example, change in address, change of contact person, change of signing authority. Please use the applicant registration page to submit a request for such changes.
The PRIAMOS Team will inform the applicant's contact person via e-mail about the actions performed.
For each call for proposals a specific application form is available in PRIAMOS:
Each call for proposals and/or each related guide for applicants states what annexes must be attached to the application form:
NOTE: If you wish to submit different project proposals under the same call, please read carefully paragraph "Submitting more than one application for the same call for proposals".
The applicant can only submit an application if the deadline for submission has not been reached:
If you realise that there is a mistake in the submitted application, you can correct this as long as the deadline for application submission has not been reached:
The specific guide for applicants will state if only the last uploaded version will be evaluated or if earlier versions are also taken into consideration.
Each time an application form is downloaded, it receives a unique internal (invisible) number. The internal number will, once you upload the filled application form, be converted into a new application reference number.
The applicant should perform the following actions at an early stage:
Please note that it might take up to 15 working days to process a request. Please be informed that delays do not constitute a valid reason to extend the deadline of the submission period. No exceptions will be granted.
