Education, Research and Innovation
The consultation was open to individual citizens, public and private bodies, local/regional authorities, ministries and relevant stakeholders in the field of innovation both inside and outside the EU and in the European institutions and associations.
26 August to 20 November 2016
The objective of the consultation was to ensure that, in addition to the organisations and individuals directly involved in or benefitting from the activities of the EIT, wider stakeholder groups as well as the general public have a say in its future direction.
The public consultation survey was available online and open to any individual or organisation interested in submitting a response.
The evaluation roadmap has also been made available.
Responses to the consultation were collected through an online questionnaire and through written contributions to the address: EAC-EIT-EVALUATION@ec.europa.eu
The results of the public consultation will be used together with the other evidence to inform the Interim Evaluation of the EIT. The European Commission will publish a Staff Working Document, including a summary of the results of the consultation, by mid-2017.
