Objective of the consultation

The European Commission’s Visitors’ Centre is based in Brussels. It was created to provide citizens with an understanding of how the European Commission works and to explain its policies and priorities. The overall objective of the Visitors' Centre is to bring Europe closer to the EU citizens.

The Visitors' Centre is currently undergoing an external evaluation to see whether its functioning can be further improved. There are 2 surveys for different audiences to complete:

1. If you have never visited the Visitors' Centre, the European Commission invites you to provide your opinion on the concept. If you are interested in giving your opinion, please reply via the consultation.

2. If you have already visited the Visitors' Centre, please fill in this survey.
