The Unit C4 “Markets and Developments” of the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, organised a procurement contract entitled: "B-Brussels: production of programmes in Farsi and their broadcasting by an international television channel providing continuous coverage of international and EU current affairs, or an international television channel from the European Union."
