Joseph Kiticki-Kouamaba started his political career with the Association des Etudiants Oubanguiens (AEO) and the Fédération des Etudiants de l’Afrique Noire en France (EANF).

In March 2003, he became Minister for the Environment within Professor Abel Goumba's government.

In Septembre 2004, he took up new responsibilities and became Minister for Communications with Célestin-Leroy Gaombalet's government.

Since Septembre 2005, he has been Diplomatic Advisor to the Presidency of the Central African Republic.
 
Joseph Kiticki-Kouamba participated in the roundtable on Migration and Governance on Thursday 16 November from 14.00 to 17.00.
