The European Culture Forum is a great opportunity to meet and network, debate key trends and developments in the cultural sector, and help set the agenda for future cultural policy and funding at EU level.
Stimulating speakers will express their views on three topics:
This new session allows participants selected through the Call for Ideas published in June to take the floor for 5 minutes each.
Information on various EU programmes and other initiatives will be provided in breakout groups, with plenty of time for questions and answers.
High-level speakers will launch the debates, with European Commissioner Androulla Vassiliou, Lithuanian Minister Šarūnas Birutis and DG EAC Director-General Jan Truszczyński opening the Forum.
