Eligible actions:
The theatrical (cinema) distribution of a non-national feature film.
The film must have been majority produced by a producer/producers established in countries participating in the MEDIA programme and made with a significant participation by professionals from those countries. The film must be a recent work of fiction, animation or documentary more than 60 minutes long and from a different country than the country of distribution. Films with a production budget of more than EUR 15 million are not eligible.

Applications
Applicants must submit an e-Form to be eligible.
The declaration on the applicant’s honour must be attached to the e-Form:

e-Forms must be submitted on-line by 12:00 (noon, Brussels time) on the date of the relevant deadline.
N.B. Please note that the system will shut down at 12:00 (noon, Brussels time) and that it will be impossible to submit an e-Form after that time.
It is strongly recommended not to wait until the last minute.

Application Forms [Application Package]
In addition, an application package needs to be sent to the Agency's address by the relevant deadline. For complete information on the application procedure, please refer to section 13 of the Guidelines and to the checklist attached to the declaration on the applicant’s honour.
The application package must contain the following:
- A print out of the e-Form
- The acknowledgement of receipt of the e-Form
- If you are coordinator:
- A DVD copy (or any other format available) of the film
The submission of a copy of the film is compulsory for the eligibility of the film to be confirmed. - A short synopsis (max 2 pages)
- The production costs and the financing plan of the film
- A DVD copy (or any other format available) of the film
- If you are distributor:
The budget form
