Memoranda of understanding
According to art 5 -1 of Decision No 1855/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006, establishing the Culture Programme (2007-2013), participation in the Programme is inter alia open for candidate countries benefiting from a pre-accession strategy for accession to the Union (Turkey, Croatia, FYROM) and for the countries of the Western Balkans in accordance with the procedures defined with those countries following the framework agreements providing for their participation in Community Programmes (Serbia), provided that memoranda with these countries are concluded.
Memoranda have been concluded with the following countries:

MoU Serbia
MoU Turkey
