First of all, German apprentices go to China to participate actively in a student exchange, in special classes at Berufsbildungszentrum Shanghai (classes are held in German / Chinese mixed configuration). During this exchange, they get a cultural background, too, by seeing important sites in the surrounding of Shanghai and by visiting important German manufacturers in Shanghai. Furthermore, very experienced German teachers from the field of electronics and electrical power generation go to China as short time trainers and hand on the most actual technics of teaching to their Chinese colleagues. Reciprocity applies to Chinese students, who come to Germany in special classes at Berufsschule Pfarrkirchen and get a cultural background, too, in Bavaria. Furthermore, selected teachers from China come over to Germany and receive special training and further education on the most actual topics of teaching students at vocational schools during on-site courses held by very experienced German teachers.
