The European Commission intends to establish an Expert Network on Culture and Audiovisual (EENCA) capable of providing high-quality advice and analysis in order to enhance the Commission's understanding of the challenges faced by culture and the cultural and creative sectors, to support the continued development of cultural and audiovisual policies, and to promote decision-making based on solid research knowledge and analysis. Through this Expert Network, the research community will be called upon to contribute to policy-making in the fields of culture and audiovisual.
