Choking

The product poses a risk of choking because small parts can be easily detached from the polymer mouth pieces in the form of the wire coiled paper blowouts. As a result, they may get stuck in the mouth of children blocking the airways. In addition, the product is not labelled with the appropriate warnings.

The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Choking

The product poses a risk of choking because the wooden rings on the ball may come loose and the little pop-out faces may fall out of the toy. As a result, these parts can be put in the mouth by small children, swallowed and get stuck in the throat blocking the airways. One incident reported.

The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The product poses a risk of injuries because the maximum permissible kinetic energy level of the bullets is exceeded. Hence there is a danger of external injuries, and sensitive areas, such as the face and above all the eyes, are particularly at risk. The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the sound pressure level is too high.

The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
