Injuries

The product poses a risk of injuries because the incorrect rigidity of the fixation bolt makes it brittle and it could therefore break under stress.

The potential danger is that the fixation bolt snaps off during use which, in the worst cases, can lead to the rack and load coming loose while driving.

Damage to sight,

The product poses a risk of damage to sight and a chemical risk because, in certain bottles, the child-resistant cap can be too easily opened. Therefore, a child can open the bottle and pour or swallow the cleaner which contains 11.6g/100g hydrogen chloride.

Depending on the duration of contact with the product it may cause skin irritation or burns; in case of longer contact it may cause eye injury / damage to sight, internal injury / burns if swallowed.

The product does not comply with the regulation 648/2004/EC on detergents.

The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Drowning

The product poses a risk of drowning because the flow restricting insert may dislodge from the hose and move to the second stage where it could cause an obstruction to the air flow. This could interfere with connected devices including the regulator. Airflow might therefore be reduced which could affect breathing when diving.
