- the product has various sharp edges;

- handle bar levers are not ball-ended;

- speed limiting device is not fitted;

- throttle control is not self closing;

- engine stop has no re-set and the wiring is insecure;

(ii) fire and injuries because fuel is vented via the fuel cap, directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications.
