The product poses a risk of injuries because the following problems were detected during the tests: deformation and destruction of the pressure cooker including its lid, ejection of lid and directionally oriented explosion. In addition, data about maximal allowable pressure is not provided with the product.

Injuries

This product poses a risk of injuries because a manufacturing fault in the relay socket can lead to an interruption of the power supply in the plug of the relay serving the fuel pump. This would interrupt the fuel supply to the engine, causing the engine to cut out and the vehicle to be immobilised.

This product poses a serious risk of :

- choking because the zip may be very easy opened by child playing with teddy bear. The child can easily reach the filling up which is inside the toy. Considering its structure and amount synthetic fibres after getting to child’s mouth and child’s alimentary canal can cause choking.

- injuries because when taking off part of the filling, child can have easy access to sharp mechanism which keeps plastic heart attached.

Compulsory measures: Sales ban and withdrawal from the market ordered by the authority.Press release has been issued.

Electric shock,
Fire

There is a risk of electric shock and fire because the cross-sectional area and length of conductors as well as size of the plug outlet are not in compliance with Article 5 of standard EN 60598. As the parameters of the conductors do not comply with the European standard (they are thinner as laid down), there is a risk that during the use of the product the conductors can overheat and cause an electric shock. The bulb sockets are not made from self-extinguished material and fail to stand the needle flame test based on Article 13 of standard EN 60598. Therefore, there is a danger of spread of fire and electric shock in certain circumstances.

This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Compulsory measures: Sales ban and recall from consumers ordered by the authority.
