Screw connections in the oven gas supply pipe can leak, allowing gas to escape and ignite.

The screw connections between the gas regulator valve and the burner are not tight enough, allowing gas to escape and ignite. Gas can escape only when the oven and/or the grill are in operation.

The oven should therefore not be used until the appliance has been checked

- there is no warning or safety instruction relating to the laser nor information regarding classification.

Given the lack of information indicating that the product contains a laser and the unacceptably high power output, the toy gun presents a particularly high, specific risk to children, because when aimed at the eye, the eyelid closing reflex offers inadequate protection.

Voluntary measures: Voluntary withdrawal from the market by the importer.

Choking

This product poses a serious risk of choking because during the tests the suction cup placed as an impact surface at the end of the arrow became detached under 60 N.

When the suction cup is removed it poses the risk of choking. Children usually suck the suction cup to moisten it in order to make it stick better to the surface it hits.

This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard 71-1.

Compulsory measures: Sales ban and recall from consumers ordered by the authority.

In affected motorcycles, the engagement dogs of certain transmission components may be incorrectly machined, which could cause abnormal wear that eventually results in a broken retaining circlip. If the circlip breaks, the transmission could lock up, which would also cause the rear wheel to lock up during moving. This could lead to loss of control of the motorcycle.

- during testing, changes occur that prevent the product from further use, including of embedding compounds melting down;

- after testing, the imprint diameter is 5.0 mm;

- plug of the adaptor lacks technical specifications (current, voltage, type of power supply);

- there is no user manual in Slovakian.

This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standard IEC 60884-1.

Electric shock

This product poses a serious risk of electric shock because:

- the internal wiring inside the lamp bracket gets into contact with the sharp ends of the flexible tube protruding into the wireway,

- the protecting tube, which is applied instead of the hard bushing, is not fixed,

- the Hungarian instructions for use include incorrect translation of the English version (according to the English version in case of a product of Class II “the fitting is double insulated and must not be connected to an earth”, while the Hungarian text states that such a product is provided with double-insulated earth wire).

This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards.

The poor construction of the bike can lead to serious injury of hands and feet and of person in general. In addition, the position of the fuel system can lead to inhalation of fumes. In particular,

- drive chain and rear most sprocket are insufficiently guarded;

- there is no speedometer;

- fuel venting is incorrect.

This product poses a serious risk of poisoning because the product has 325mg/kg of lead in the yellow paint on the clock face whereas the maximum value permitted is 90mg/kg. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard 71-3.

Voluntary measures: Voluntary withdrawal from the market, recall from consumers and warning of consumers by the manufacturer.
