The use of this machine is extremely dangerous and it could injure the rider or any other person in the vicinity.

- Access to the fuel shutoff valve is difficult and dangerous, as this is very well hidden and is near the exhaust pipe.

- The fuel line comes into contact with very hot parts of the exhaust.

- The temperature of the exhaust near the fuel shut-off, near the fuel tank and near the fuel line is very high.

- There are no chain guards, including near the sprocket.

- The motor bike contains sharp edges.

- The noise level is excessive and there is no indication of the sound pressure level emitted

The warning information and the instruction manual are incomplete.

This product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.

The dark-blue cotton fabric was dyed or manufactured using the prohibited azo dyes which, through the splitting of one or more azo groups, can form carcinogenic amines listed in Annex 1 Nr. 7 to Bedarfsgegenstände VO (Commodities Regulation or Directive 2002/61/EC).

3,3’-dimethoxybenzidine (802 mg/kg) in the dark-blue cotton fabric was present after reductive splitting of the azo dyes.

The extension cord does not comply with the Low Voltage Standard because it has the cross-section area of 0.5 – 0.75 mm² while the extension cord having a length of more than 2.00 m must have the cross-section area of at least 1.5 mm². The protective conductor is therefore no longer sufficiently functional. There is also a danger that the cord will become overloaded, which may cause fire. The electric cord does not contain any information/warning.

- address of the person responsible;

- explanation in Spanish of the specific risks making age restrictions necessary;

- indication of the nominal voltage of the batteries, their position and their polarity.

Electric shock

The tape measure includes an electric circuit powered by a battery, which generates a series of pulses with a maximum peak voltage of 806.5 volts when the button on the front side is pressed. Electric discharge voltage depends on the speed by which the button is pressed. Particularly, pressure increase implies maximum voltage rate increase. This may be harmful particularly to susceptible persons or those wearing pace-makers. There are no warnings on the product itself.

This toy poses a risk of poisoning to children because red coating contained 1391 milligrams per kg of soluble lead and green coating contained 247 milligrams per kg of soluble lead while the standard set a limit of 90 milligrams per kg.

Red coating also contained 323 milligrams per kg of chromium and green coating contained 247 milligrams per kg of chromium while the standard set a limit of 60 milligrams per kilogram.

This product does not comply with the European Standard on Toys.
