A number of vehicles may not have the correct torque applied to the bolts in the propeller shaft during production. Propeller shaft bolts require that the torque setting be checked and set to specification. Bolts may need to be replaced if required. If loose bolts are not attended to, the propeller shaft could possibly become detached from the vehicle.

Risk of injury. By unintentional pressing of the separate "Turbo button", which is easily activated, the equipment starts up at 100% power. If this happens during the changing or insertion/removal of the kneader attachment or the whisk attachment there is a risk of serious injury to the hands. Accident, during the changing /insertion or removal of the kneader attachment or the whisk attachment one consumer almost lost a thumb.

Considering the material and construction of the products they can be confused with a toy guns, and therefore can be attractive for children. However the intended age group (Sample 1, 3 and 4: above 18 years; Sample 2 and 5: above 14 years) is indicated only in English. There were no instructions for use attached to the product in Hungarian.

Compulsory measures: Distribution of the product prohibited by the authorities. Recall from the consumers ordered by the authority.

Risk of injury. Considering the material and construction of the product it can be confused with a toy gun, and therefore can be attractive for children. The intended age group (above 14 years) is indicated only in English. There were no instructions for use on the safe use attached to the product in Hungarian. The graphic symbol is misleading. A kinetic energy of the missile is higher than allowed (see attached test report), and taking into account the foreseeable use by children this may imply a risk of injury.

The mains cable is led along sharp glass edges and through threaded, burring metal bushing to the contacts of the lamp holder. When moving the luminaire the insulation of the wire may get damaged thus there is a risk of electric shock. This product does not comply with the LVD Directive and the European Standards.

Risk of fire. The smallest flame/mildest contact with flame and tendrils burn violently and the fire spreads rapidly. It was considered that the polymer material used for the Puffer Balls was highly flammable. Toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European Standards.

Voluntary measures: Distribution of the product voluntarily stopped by the importer. Recall letters and notices were sent to the retailers.

The conductors of the supply cord have nominal cross sectional area 0,75mm2, whereas the less permitted cross sectional area is 1mm2.The withholding hook of the sample does not protect the conductors from twisting. The withholding hook of the supply cord is not sufficient. The length of the earth conductor is such that it does not ensure that the earth conductor will disconnect after the disconnection of the live conductors, in case the supply cord gets out of the withholding hook. The screws inside the insulating material of the sample cause damage to the insulating material This product does not comply with the LVD Directive and the European Standard.
