Risk of injury. Because the safety valve has been installed at the same height as the water level, there is a risk of limescale build-up. The design of the dip tube is such that it can become blocked at the top and deposits cannot be seen at the top of the tube. One accident reported. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard.

Compulsory measures: Placing on the market prohibited by the authorities. Corrective action by the manufacturer and distribution under new type name "Nuova Kontessa"
