Many problems that consumers
face can often be resolved
amicably and free of charge by
contacting the trader/supplier
or service provider directly.
The European Commission has
developed a specific complaint
form to help both buyers and
sellers resolve disputes
between them. This form can be
used to resolve problems with
suppliers from any of the
countries in the European Union
and is available in 11
languages.
