During the Summit there was an ongoing Fair whose aim was to exhibit innovative digital technologies that are or may become part of citizens' lives in the future and which allowed conference participants the opportunity to discover prototypes and concrete examples of such innovative technologies which are interesting for them as consumers. For example, the EASA stand intended to show that advertising self-regulation provides an effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism for consumer complaints regarding advertising, whereas the RAPEX stand showcased several products posing a serious risk to the health and safety of consumers
