Country of origin: France No picture available	Injuries The product poses a risk of injuries because there is a possibility of partial loss of the ABS functions after 3 to 5 seconds of setting due to an internal leak from the ESP isolation solenoid valve. This could result in partial and temporary loss of directional control of the vehicle and the ESP (electronic stability) function if braking is accompanied by activation of the ABS (wheel anti-blocking system). The ESP function sets the ABS to ensure the functioning of the wheel(s) which corrects the vehicle's trajectory. Functioning returns to normal when the brake pedal is released after braking. Blowing into it releases a fine white powder from the tip, which is supposed to look like real smoke. Country of origin: China	Chemical The product poses a chemical risk because the joke cigars could foreseeably be not only blown into but also inhaled, as with real cigars. The inhaled starch-talcum mixture may lead to respiratory tract irritation and inflammation and, depending on the frequency and intensity, delayed effects cannot be ruled out. The back carries the instructions for use, maintenance and washing instructions in a language other than the official language of the State. CE marking, Warning: “Choking Hazard-Small parts. 15 0522/081	France	Category: Electrical appliances Product: Water heating appliances Brand: GEMINOX Type/number of model: Electrical resistor kit for EBS tank marketed in France and several other European countries between December 1997 and June 2007 with the references V.49.21961 and V49.37617 Description: The EBS tank allows domestic hot water to be stored. The water is heated either by a boiler which supplies the tank's exchanger (coil) or by an electrical resistor screwed on to the tank. This resistor is sold as an option and is the cause of the hazard. The kits have neither a date code nor a serial number, and it is only their very particular visual appearance which allows them to be identified (grey plastic case with an A/m button and a reset button for the safety thermostat).
