Country of origin: Germany No picture available	Injuries The handlebars might come loose from their correct position while the motorcycle is being manhandled or ridden so that there is a risk of falling. The upper yokes and both handlebar retaining clamps of the vehicles in question are being replaced. One accident involving material damage or personal injury has been reported worldwide. Brand: Dr. Cool whitening Name: Toothpaste Type/number of model: EAN 8588001584078, date of production 15 February 2007, date of expiration 15 February 2010. Description: 120 g tube of the toothpaste is of white-blue-red colours, the cardboard box is white-blue-red, too. Country of origin: China	Chemical The product poses a chemical risk because the presence of 2,9% diethylene glycol in the toothpaste as indicated on the package of the toothpaste. On the paper label there is marking "Safety toys, made in China, for children age 0-3, Shuhuawanjuchang“. On the product there is also the sticker saying that the toy is designated for dog (in this way the product has been declared in acquiring documents), then there was distributor and origin on the sticker. Toys whistle. Country of origin: China	Chemical This product poses a chemical risk because it contains 9.83% per weight of DEHP phthalate, which exceeds the maximum allowed limit of 0,1% by weight. These chemicals are added to PVC to make it softer and are very dangerous getting to the organism through skin or digestive tract. Country of origin: Poland	Injuries The product poses a risk of injuries due to incorrect construction and openings in the access zone, where the fingers or other parts of a child could be entrapped. The product contains the following non-compliances: - the pin with cross-section 7 mm goes into a hole between backrest and hind leg further on 10mm, (further then 10mm shall no to climb), - the assemblage of the high chair uses screw-bolts (screw-bolts can not be used for the assemblage of singly projected parts, when highchair is demountable for transportation or storage), - moving the high chair emerges the openings between crossbar of legs and supporting bar (possibility of injury), - the instructions for safety use in Lithuanian are missing. Enforcement is a top priority of the EU Consumer Policy Strategy 2007-2013. Both measures leading to RAPEX notifications and measures which come to the attention of the Commission and other Member States as reactions are indications of enforcement activity in the Member State concerned.

In order to give a better view on the overall level of enforcement, including the follow-up activities of the national market surveillance authorities, the Commission RAPEX team has decided to publish on the RAPEX website also the names of the countries that have found the notified product on their market and have taken appropriate measures (and have submitted a reaction to a RAPEX notification as a consequence).

Information about the reacting countries is available in the RAPEX weekly overviews in the column 'Products were found and measures were taken also in'. The Commission RAPEX team will publish reactions sent (from May 2009 onwards) to 2009 RAPEX notifications.
