State Aid Scoreboard 2013 > Non-crisis aid

Non-crisis State aid comprises expenditure by Member States which has been either earmarked for horizontal objectives of common interest or is aid granted to dedicated sectors of the economy, e.g. agriculture, fisheries, coal, transport, or serving a specific objective, e.g. rescue and restructuring, closure aid. However, subsidies to railways are excluded and provided as separate information. Also, aid granted to the financial sector as a response to the financial and economic crisis are excluded and the corresponding information is provided in the section Crisis-related aid.
