Consultations: Questionnaire on the application of the Temporary Framework

• 17.03.2010 - Second questionnaire on the application of the Temporary Framework
  In October 2009 Member States submitted a first report on the application of the Temporary Framework, according to the obligation contained in point 6 of the Framework. DG Competition has sent a new questionnaire to Member States in order to gather further and more updated evidence on the use of the Temporary Framework taking into account current economic circumstances.

• 16.7.2009 - First questionnaire on the application of the Temporary Framework
  According to point 6 of the Temporary Framework, a report should be provided by Member States to the Commission by 31 October 2009. The Competition Directorate-General has sent a questionnaire to Member States for the purpose of providing guidance as to what questions should be addressed in the report. The questionnaire was also open to comments from other interested parties until 15 September 2009.
