  • T-452/08 DHL / Commission
    7 October 2010
    The General Court ruled on an appeal by DHL against the part of a Commission decision of 23 July 2008 that had ordered Germany to recover unlawful state aid from DHL. The Court confirmed the Commission's decision in all points under appeal and dismissed the appeal.
