Registration
Registration is now closed. Registered participants have received a confirmation email. The privacy statement explains how personal data is processed.

The event will be in English, with interpretation to and from French

Welcome Desk
The Welcome Desk will be open from 8:30 to 16:30. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID card with you to get access to the Charlemagne Building. Your badge and conference documents will be given to you at the registration desk.

Conference Fees
There are no registration fees for this conference.

Travel and accommodation
Participants are advised to organise their own travel and accommodation; the European Commission will not reimburse these expenses.

Catering
A welcome coffee will be served before the start of the event. There will also be a coffee break in the morning and in the afternoon. The European Commission will provide a buffet lunch for the participants in the Charlemagne building.
