Please find below the summaries of aid measures notified by the Member States under the Notice on a Simplified Procedure for the treatment on certains type of State aid and currently assessed by the Commission.
The Commission makes this summary available to the public in order to increase transparency. This information has been prepared by the Member States under their responsibility. The Commission can therefore not be held responsible for any incorrect or misleading information contained therein.
This publication implies that the Commission considers that the case qualifies prima facie for treatment under the Simplified Procedure. However, the Commission may revert to the normal procedure if one of the safeguards/exclusions foreseen in the Notice on Simplified Procedure applies.
Observations raising competition issues relating to the notified measure must reach the Commission no later than 10 working days following the date of the publication of a summary of notification. The submission shall include a non confidential version of the observations.
