Invitations to submit comments on competition cases
Some competition cases in the fields of antitrust, merger and State aid can be subject to consultation. Invitations to interested parties to submit comments within certain deadlines are published regularly in the Official Journal of the European Communities, C series.
These invitations are reproduced on the Europa Competition site under the headings "Official Journal" in each of the sections antitrust, mergers and state aid. The current market tests pursuant to Article 27(4) of Regulation 1/2003 and the current competition legislative and policy consultations also appear below.
Legislative and policy consultations
When new policy or legislative initiatives are planned, the Commission invites comments from interested persons or organizations. We reproduce here open consultations, and a link to closed consultations since 2004.
