Invitations to submit comments on competition cases

Some competition cases in the fields of antitrust, merger and State aid can be subject to consultation. Invitations to interested parties to submit comments within certain deadlines are published regularly in the Official Journal of the European Communities, C series.

These invitations are reproduced on the Europa Competition site under the headings "Official Journal" in each of the sections antitrust, mergers and state aid. Market tests pursuant to Article 27(4) of Regulation 1/2003 also appear in the table below. Aid measures notified by the Member States under the Simplified Procedure for the treatment on certain types of State aid are available for comments in this dedicated page.

Legislative and policy consultations

When new policy or legislative initiatives are planned, the Commission invites comments from interested persons or organizations. We reproduce here open consultations, and a link to closed consultations since 2004.
