Consultation on the future of the Maritime Antitrust Guidelines

Policy field

Competition: Antitrust

Target group

All citizens and organisations are welcome to contribute to this consultation.

Period of consultation

From 04.05.2012 to 27.07.2012

Objective of the consultation

On 1 July 2008 the European Commission adopted the Guidelines on the application of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to maritime transport services. Given that these will lapse in 2013, the public consultation focuses on whether there is still a need for sector specific guidelines in the maritime transport sector.
