Objective of the request for stakeholder input
In October 2009 Member States submitted a first report on the application of the Temporary Framework, according to the obligation contained in point 6 of the Framework. The Commission sent a new questionnaire to Member States in March 2010 in order to gather further and more updated evidence on the use of the Temporary Framework taking into account current economic circumstances.
